Sare The Grand, it’s a part of their 65 acre development in sec 92... in the same compound as the other SARE projects. A decent option if one gets a discount of 3-4% on BSP of 5250.... A few months back, Bestech at a better location in this sector was sold at 5300 and more than SARE itself, the vicinity will see good development with the likes of DLF (Galleria sec 92), Bestech present there.... so net net, good prospects for this sector. SARE, to its credit has delivered on their other phases, and in this one, it's coming in a JV with Ramprastha (not all that well reputed themselves, but whatever).... The payment plan is also decent, it's more a quasi-CLP, where the payment is pegged along with either the construction or timeline, whichever is later.... all in all, seems decent, don't know why it's got such a luke-warm response.
